Buttock Fat Injection
This operation, which is performed under general anesthesia, takes approximately 3-4 hours. ! overnight stay is recommended. Pain is moderate. The patient is asked to lie face down for 6 weeks. What is Buttock Fat Injection (BBL)?
Basically, it is an hourglass image surgery that is obtained by preparing the fat taken from the abdomen, waist, back, inner leg or thigh with liposuction and giving it to the butt and hip area. By removing fat from the belly, waist, back and thighs, the body proportion, that is, the ratio, is changed and the fat filling to be used in shaping the butt and hip region is obtained. The surgery is performed under general anesthesia.

What should I pay attention to before the operation?

You should stay away from drugs such as aspirin, coumadin that will dilute the blood, and food and food supplements such as fish oil, flaxseed, all products containing omega 3, ginseng, garlic, gingo biloba, ginger, vitamin E, one week before the operation. Since surgery during menstruation will increase bleeding, bruising and swelling in women, surgery is not performed during this period.
Surgery Planning
For butt fat injection, the patient must have enough fat. After the doctor’s examination, if there are enough fat cells, the surgery plan is made.
Since 35-40% of them will melt after the operation, the remaining fat cells continue to form permanently. It is possible to see permanent results within 6 months.
Postoperative
After the surgery, a corset is used for a minimum of 1 month, an average of 10 days of rest is appropriate, and as a sleeping style, you should lie face down for a while, you can sit on a soft surface for a short time in the first week.

Who is a Candidate for Buttock Augmentation with Fat Injection?
First of all, people with a small and flat butt shape are the ideal candidates for butt augmentation with fat injection. If these people want to have a fuller hip appearance with a more rounded butt structure, buttock augmentation can be achieved with fat injection to the buttock. However, in order to inject fat into the butt, the person must first have the appropriate fat tissue. In this regard, people with normal or close to normal body mass index (BMI) are suitable profiles in this regard. In thin people who do not meet this value, there may not be enough fat tissue to be injected into the buttock. If there is not enough fat tissue, the desired full hip volume cannot be achieved and the ideal butt enlargement target cannot be achieved.
Overweight and obese people are not the right candidates for buttocks augmentation, as are people who are thin and do not have suitable fat tissue for buttock injection. Also, people who smoke heavily and eat unhealthy are not on the list of suitable candidates for butt augmentation with fat injection.
